The Request

PrintStar, a print management company for commercial businesses, needed a digital experience for people who wanted to order print materials online. By integrating Pressero, a web-to-print storefront that provides dynamic, flexible, and user-friendly experiences, PrintStar would be able to compete with local and national print shops.

Discovery

During the discovery phase, we identified all of the different service offerings that PrintStar wanted to incorporate in this digital offering, including Booklets, Business Cards, Black and White Copies, Brochures, Color Copies, and Flyers.

The objective was to offer online customers what they were used to in the physical store.

Custom Order Forms

Integrating Pressero was a bit of a challenge, but we were able to successfully configure many custom features, including a pricing calculator and file upload feature, and apply a great design to the Pressero template.
